Welcome to My Golf (the “App”), operated for the Myanmar Golf Federation (“MGF”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

My Golf (“အက်ပ်”) မှ ကြိုဆိုပါသည်။ ဤအက်ပ်ကို မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ ဂေါက်သီးအဖွဲ့ချုပ် (“MGF”၊ “ကျွန်ုပ်တို့”) အတွက် လည်ပတ်ပါသည်။ အကောင့်ဖွင့်ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် အက်ပ်ကို အသုံးပြုခြင်းအားဖြင့် ဤစည်းကမ်း သတ်မှတ်ချက်များကို သင်သဘောတူသည်ဟု မှတ်ယူပါသည်။ ကျေးဇူးပြု၍ အသေးစိတ် ဖတ်ရှုပါ။ သဘောမတူပါက အက်ပ်ကို အသုံးမပြုပါနှင့်။

1. Eligibility & account

၁။ အသုံးပြုခွင့်နှင့် အကောင့်

You must be at least 13 years old (or have a parent/guardian’s consent) to use the App. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Scores & Handicap Index

The App lets you record rounds and calculates a Handicap Index using the World Handicap System™ (WHS) methodology for your information. This App-calculated Index is provided for convenience and is not an official handicap until an Official Handicap Card is issued by MGF. You agree to enter scores honestly and accurately. We may recompute, adjust or exclude rounds that appear incomplete, corrupt or inconsistent with WHS rules.

3. Official Handicap Card

၃။ တရားဝင် ဟန်ဒီကက်ကတ်

Requesting an Official Handicap Card submits your selected rounds to MGF for review. Card issuance is at MGF’s discretion and may require a fee (shown in the App before you pay).

တရားဝင် ဟန်ဒီကက်ကတ် တောင်းခံခြင်းသည် သင်ရွေးချယ်ထားသော ရောင်းများကို MGF ထံ စစ်ဆေးရန် တင်ပြခြင်းဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ကတ်ထုတ်ပေးခြင်းသည် MGF ၏ ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်အပေါ် မူတည်ပြီး အခကြေးငွေ ကျသင့်နိုင်ပါသည် (ငွေပေးချေမည့်အလျင် အက်ပ်တွင် ပြသပါမည်)။

The Official Handicap Card request fee is non-refundable. The fee pays for MGF’s review of the rounds you submit, which takes place whatever the outcome. It is therefore not refunded if your request is declined, if you withdraw or cancel your request after submitting it, if the card is not issued for any reason, or once the card has been issued. Nothing in this paragraph affects any refund we are required to give you under applicable law.

4. Tee-time bookings

၄။ တီးအောဖ်အချိန် ဘွတ်ကင်များ

Bookings made through the App are subject to each course’s availability, rules and cancellation policy. A booking fee may apply and is collected as shown at the time of booking. Green fees, caddie, buggy and other on-course charges are paid at the course. No-shows and late cancellations may be subject to the course’s policy.

Booking fees are non-refundable. The booking fee is charged for reserving your tee time through the App and is not refunded if you cancel or change your booking, if you do not attend, or if the course applies its own no-show or late-cancellation policy to you. The booking fee is separate from the green fee and any other charges you pay at the course, and it is not credited against them. Nothing in this paragraph affects any refund we are required to give you under applicable law.

5. Payments

၅။ ငွေပေးချေမှု

Payments (e.g. via KBZ Pay or bank transfer) are processed based on the reference and/or proof you submit. You are responsible for paying to the correct account and providing accurate payment details. We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect payment information you provide.

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, all fees paid through the App are non-refundable — including booking fees (§4) and Official Handicap Card request fees (§3).

6. Location, GPS & health data

၆။ တည်နေရာ၊ GPS နှင့် ကျန်းမာရေးဒေတာ

Course maps and distances rely on GPS and are approximate — do not rely on them for any safety-critical decision. If you enable health tracking, the App records each round as a workout (start, finish and distance) to Apple Health / Health Connect with your permission; you can revoke this at any time in your phone settings.

ဂေါက်ကွင်းမြေပုံများနှင့် အကွာအဝေးများသည် GPS အပေါ် မူတည်ပြီး ခန့်မှန်းချက်သာ ဖြစ်ပါသည် — ဘေးအန္တရာယ်နှင့် ဆက်စပ်သည့် ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်များအတွက် အမှီအခိုမပြုပါနှင့်။ ကျန်းမာရေးမှတ်တမ်းတင်မှုကို ဖွင့်ထားပါက အက်ပ်သည် ရောင်းတစ်ခုစီကို လေ့ကျင့်ခန်းအနေဖြင့် (စတင်ချိန်၊ ပြီးဆုံးချိန်နှင့် လမ်းလျှောက်အကွာအဝေး) သင်၏ခွင့်ပြုချက်ဖြင့် Apple Health / Health Connect တွင် သိမ်းဆည်းပါသည်။ ဖုန်းဆက်တင်များတွင် အချိန်မရွေး ပြန်လည်ရုပ်သိမ်းနိုင်ပါသည်။

7. Acceptable use

၇။ သင့်လျော်စွာ အသုံးပြုမှု

You agree not to misuse the App, submit false scores or payments, attempt to access other users’ data, or interfere with the App’s operation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

အက်ပ်ကို အလွဲအသုံးမပြုရန်၊ စကိုးအတု သို့မဟုတ် ငွေပေးချေမှုအတုများ မတင်ပြရန်၊ အခြားအသုံးပြုသူများ၏ ဒေတာကို ရယူရန် မကြိုးပမ်းရန်နှင့် အက်ပ်၏ လည်ပတ်မှုကို အနှောင့်အယှက် မပြုရန် သင်သဘောတူပါသည်။ ဤစည်းကမ်းများကို ချိုးဖောက်သည့် အကောင့်များကို ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ ဆိုင်းငံ့ခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် ပိတ်သိမ်းခြင်း ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ပါသည်။

8. Data & privacy

We collect and process the data you provide (profile, scores, bookings, payment references) to operate the App and your handicap record. Third-party services (e.g. Google, Apple, Firebase) may process data as part of sign-in, maps and notifications. You may request deletion of your account from within the App. Our Privacy Policy explains in full what we collect, who we share it with, how long we keep it and how to export or delete your data.

9. Intellectual property

၉။ အသိပညာမူပိုင်ခွင့်

The App, its content and the MGF marks are owned by MGF or its licensors. You may use the App for your personal, non-commercial golfing use only.

အက်ပ်၊ ၎င်း၏ အကြောင်းအရာများနှင့် MGF အမှတ်တံဆိပ်များကို MGF သို့မဟုတ် ၎င်း၏ လိုင်စင်ရှင်များ ပိုင်ဆိုင်ပါသည်။ အက်ပ်ကို သင်၏ ကိုယ်ပိုင် စီးပွားဖြစ်မဟုတ်သော ဂေါက်ရိုက်မှုအတွက်သာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ပါသည်။

10. Disclaimers & liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MGF is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for inaccuracies in distances, ratings, or the App-calculated Handicap Index.

အက်ပ်ကို အာမခံချက် တစ်စုံတစ်ရာမပါဘဲ “ရှိသည့်အတိုင်း” ပေးအပ်ပါသည်။ ဥပဒေအရ ခွင့်ပြုသည့် အမြင့်ဆုံး အတိုင်းအတာအထိ၊ သွယ်ဝိုက်သော သို့မဟုတ် နောက်ဆက်တွဲ ဆုံးရှုံးမှုများအတွက်လည်း၊ အကွာအဝေးများ၊ အဆင့်သတ်မှတ်ချက်များ သို့မဟုတ် အက်ပ်မှ တွက်ချက်သော ဟန်ဒီကက်အင်ဒက်စ်၏ မတိကျမှုများအတွက်လည်း MGF တာဝန်မရှိပါ။

11. Changes

၁၁။ ပြင်ဆင်ပြောင်းလဲမှုများ

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

ဤစည်းကမ်းများကို အချိန်အားလျော်စွာ ပြင်ဆင်နိုင်ပါသည်။ ပြင်ဆင်ပြီးနောက် အက်ပ်ကို ဆက်လက်အသုံးပြုခြင်းသည် ပြင်ဆင်ထားသော စည်းကမ်းများကို သင်လက်ခံသည်ဟု မှတ်ယူပါသည်။
